49 Aug 19 Reply Thanks for pointing this out. I never would have noticed this. After playing around with this image, it seems this to be an artifact of NIK HDR. I have redone the image using HDR merging in Lightroom. I no longer see this. I have also adjusted the white balance and enhanced the color in the river. Your comments appreciated. Aug 27th
49 Aug 19 Comment Interesting subject. I find the side of the bird's head rather dark (lacking detail as a result) while the back and side of the bird quite bright, thus attracting the eye. This is just the opposite of what we would like. Aug 25th
49 Aug 19 Comment Well chosen f-stop, the subject stands out well from the background, but still provides environment. The only thing that I find distracting is the out of focus highlight just left and above the bird's bill. Aug 25th
49 Aug 19 Comment My camera club has an agreement with the parks & rec department of a nearby city to provide photos in return we are provided meeting space. One of the events that we photograph is the weekly farmer's market. There is always a wide variety of subject from the colorful vegetables to people interacting to the band playing at the outdoor bandstand.

You have captured one of the prime activities - a vendor and her produce. The colors are bright, the vegetables look very appetizing :-) The vendor is well depicted.
