49 Sep 18 Comment Not an HDR. I tend to go for dramatic skies. I do like the greater detail in the foreground and shadows. Thanks! Sep 23rd
49 Sep 18 Comment The first thing I notice about this photo is the shadow areas that are almost a silhouette. I wondered if there were any detail here that we could bring out, so I took your image into Lightroom. I pulled the highlights down, pushed the shadows up and adjusted the white and black points. This enhanced the detail in the sky and gave us some detail in the shadow. I then increased the clarity, dehaze and vibrance. I was unable to bring out any detail in the trees without introducing noise. I also used the adjustment brush to select the sky and reduced the exposure. There are still blown out areas in the sky that I can not do anything with.

This is a subject that could have been addressed with a graduated filter to reduce the exposure of the sky, or use HDR techniques.		 Sep 14th
49 Sep 18 Comment Very nice photo that captures the seaside village and its surroundings. It makes me want to visit this area! I don't think there is anything that I would change. I like it just the way it is. Sep 14th
49 Sep 18 Comment Nice photo that captures the dancer and the detail of her costume. I only have a couple of very small nits: The "hat" comes very close to the edge of the photo and her hand reaching out toward us is a bit soft and a tad "hot". Sep 14th
