I like the way the keystone effect tends to concentrate my eye on the flag. It sort of seems almost like the buildings are wrapped around the flag. Since the buildings are pointing toward the top of the photo, you may want to crop the top off an inch or two. This would tend concentrate our attention on the flag which I believe is the center of interest. |

You did a nice job of "capturing the moment". The composition is well done - very close up but with space in front of the bird. The point of interest (head and fish) is nicely placed. |

I could go for a nap too :-) ...
I like that you presented us with an image that we don't normally expect to see of Africa - it is something different. My first thought was a bit more DOF would be nice, to get more of the cat in focus, but the more time I spend with this image I like the fact that the body of the cat is out of focus. The face is sharp, concentrating our attention on the calm mood of the cat. |

I like this image. Presenting it in B&W is a good choice. And choosing to show the image centered as you have, violating rule of thirds, was also well chosen. I like the symmetry that you have shown us.
You have presented this in a high key sort of way. You may want to consider trying a higher contrast rendition. What I did was to increase the contrast and decrease the brightness. |
