29 May 17 Comment Nice image - good color and sharpness. I like the crop Judy gave it. May 28th
29 May 17 Comment Gorgeous image. The lighting is about perfect, the colors are very nice, it's sharp. I don't see a thing to change with this shot. May 28th
29 May 17 Comment Pretty neat idea. Reminds me of something you'd see hanging in gallery. Might have to enlist my grandkids to try something like this. Nice job! May 28th
29 May 17 Comment I feel like I'm looking down a missile silo. I think the colors and clarity are very good. The only thing that bothers me with this images are the triangular shapes. May 28th
29 May 17 Comment For me, this image is more about the fungi than the log. That's because I'm always looking for fungi and the logs are just one of the mediums for their growth. I'd like to see the image cropped (a little tighter than Judy's crop) on the left side at about where the yellowish ground color begins, which also brings up the idea that the colors are off in the whole image. 29 May 17 Comment I'll join in the "spots" line. I also like Tam's contrast fix and Jim's idea to eliminate the windmills. I think it's a really nice landscape composition of a place that shows up in PSA forums a lot. May 28th
29 May 17 Reply Interesting - I stopped at Sebastian Inlet SP on my way to Stuart, where I spent a couple of weeks at my sister's home. May 1st

60 May 17 Comment I don't have anything to add to the comments from Lou and Ginger. Nice capture! May 24th
60 May 17 Comment I've come to really like backlit flora shots. This is a good one. Colors, lighting and sharpness are all very good. I think I like Ginger's idea to flip the flower upright and to remove that little stem. May 24th
60 May 17 Comment Love Fairchild-try to get there every time I'm in S. Florida.
The contrasting colors just jump out of the picture. Good composition, nice lines & curves with good clarity.
Lou's treatment is interesting but I think the original is more to my liking.

60 May 17 Comment Neat shot! Love how the spiders wrap their victims mummy-like for later consumption. Nice composition, spider & bee are pretty sharp and colors are good as is the bokehed background. May 24th
