3 Apr 19 Comment I agree that water makes a beautiful background for the egret. The lighting on the bird's back lets me see the individual tail feathers. I like your composition with its strong vertical format and space in front of the egret. How funny that golf carts didn't spook the bird, just walking people. Apr 15th
3 Apr 19 Comment I really like the water drop refraction with its detailed daisy. Thank you for including a description of how you took the image. The soft yellow background lets me see the water drop clearly. It's disappointing that the flower petals are not in more focus because of the use of extension tubes. One option is to take a regular photo of the flower petals and make a composite shot (but some people think that's a no-no too).

3 Apr 19 Comment The blossoms are lovely against the blue sky. I like the inclusion of the bird, who is another sign of spring. I'd prefer that the bird be a bit more prominent, by perhaps cropping on the bottom and right side. Apr 15th
3 Apr 19 Comment For me, the reflection in the glasses is the highlight. The color of the woman's blouse, rose, and lipstick add to the festive feeling of the image. My preference would be for a more blurred background by using a smaller f stop or to blur the background more in post processing. Apr 15th
3 Apr 19 Comment I like the lovely lighting of evening with spotlights highlighting the pool and back of the building. The warm colors and brilliant turquoise work well together in my opinion. The scene gives me a feeling of peace and elegance. I like that the clouds show in the evening sky. Apr 15th
3 Apr 19 Comment How fun to see this big of a flock in flight! I appreciate all the different wing positions as the geese fly. The bean bag worked well to get your image sharp with good details. Apr 15th
