Yes, more whiskers would be nice. I was captivated by the sea lion's eyes when I took the shot. Then he kept moving, so I just had one image with this much of a close-up. |

Thanks for your comment, Mark. I did darken parts of the background in this image. In one version, I darkened the background too much, so that it looked too gray and heavy. Since the seal is so dark, I preferred the contrast of this lighter background. |

I like the play of rectangular tiles with the circular seats for an abstract look. The combination of colors is also interesting to me. I find it intriguing that the seats look the same, but are mounted in a set of two and a single seat. I find that it's an image that you could adjust with dodging and burning to emphasize the lettering or person's shadow that Kieu-Hanh noticed. |

I really like the detail of the dragonfly's eyes and legs. I'm impressed that you got the dragonfly to hold still long enough to get this close of a macro shot. I prefer the sharpness on the top of the wing on the left side to the blurred wing on the right. |

I agree that antlers on the moose make an interesting contrast against the sky, and certainly an unusual choice for this type of fountain. If a silhouette is used, I would prefer a striking sky with either sunset colors or unusual clouds. |

The joyful expression on the top girl's face is my favorite part of the image. The bright colors of the bounce house add to the festive look of the setting. To me, the angled line of the fence in the background looks awkward and could perhaps be blurred or corrected with a skewing transformation |

I like the different colors of snowmobiles against the white snow that make them stand out. The angle of snowmobiles adds to the powerful look. To me, the variety of clouds and shadows on the snow add interest to our view. My preference is to crop the sky a bit, so the horizon line is not right in the middle. The image should work well as a marketing tool. |
