I love the detail of the three characters that you captured. Having the blurred wall in the background still gives me the sense of place. Cloning out the persons at the bottom is a great idea, and you could also remove the red dot on the wall's gate. What a wonderful reminder of your trip! |

Welcome to the group, Marion!
What I like best about your photo is the golden glow, especially at the end of the path. The glow leads my eye to that inviting burst of color. I like the cropping that you did with the bridge. Since I like the placement of the path's end in your original, you could even slightly crop more off the top and left side of the cropped version to enhance the path's leading line. Beautiful fall image! |

I like your composition with the flower along a thirds line and the butterfly in the top of the frame. In my opinion, the lighting on the flower is lovely, bringing out the lavender color. Nice sharpness on the butterfly against the soft focused background. Pretty shot, Kieu-Hanh. |

What an unusual flower! I can see why people would wait to see the lily bloom. Nice lighting and color. I'd prefer a bit more cropping on the top, so the flower isn't so "right in the center." |

Beautiful shot, Jim! The setting with the Canadian Rockies is gorgeous and well captured. The artist in the foreground adds perspective and interest. |
