I like the the feeling of the driving rain that you've captured. Your shutter speed was slow enough to show the streaks of raindrops. The child in the bright yellow raincoat becomes the center of attention for me, in just the right spot. I'm sure this image brings back all kinds of memories for you, Lisa. |

What a fun, celebratory image! The placement of the lion and front dancer draw my attention to the action. I like the bright colors that make the scene look so festive. Nice photojournalism shot. |

I think you've captured the fluttering look of the skirt. Nice use of depth of field to focus on the dancing girl. The bright colors make the ornament stand out. |

I like the texture and environmental feel of your photo. The grungy look of the walls and floor help me appreciate the rustic cellar. The composition leads my eye to circular barrels at the end of the vault. It seems to me with the slanted ceiling line that the image is a bit cock-eyed. I wonder if including the complete archway would make the image stronger. Looks like a fascinating place to visit, Mary Sue! |

In my opinion, the dog's expression of joy makes the shot. Nice composition with leading diagonal line to the sled driver. The bright blue sky and read jacket add to the vitality of the image. It appears to me that there's a slight lens distortion of the dog's head that's a bit distracting. The experience of photographing dog sleds sounds amazing, Jim! |
