Vincent, Thank you for your feedback and your question. I chose to set the subject of the image a bit off center for two reasons. The first is that I felt that I rarely center a subject unless doing so helps tell a story, the second is that I felt that there would be more impact and f the pipe floated in the frame and by not centering it, there would be a certain amount of tension that would, I hoped would contribute to the impact of the image. I hope this answers your question. |

Such a sweet face, captured beautifully. I'm jealous that you could change lenses and take many shots without him moving or closing the door. The light on his face is perfect and the catch lights in his eyes draw us to him in a gentle way. Your talent is not just your photography but obviously an innate charisma! |

I think the composition is well thought out. The small blurred flower on the lower right of the frame is a wonderful contrast to your main flower/subject emphasizing it. Your treatment is lovely providing a warm and gentle tone. |
