Kit, you made magic out of an everyday image. At first I thought it was an infrared image. The black background and the white of the flowers is simple yet bold. I am in total agreement with the gentlemen about the small fixes to be made and need to make (re: ghosting on stems). |

Good for you for making that long hike, it was well worth it. Love the angle of the shot, the sky and the foreground (maybe it's a little heavy on the bottom right) and especially the lane that leads out into the distance. Thanks for the luminosity tips, I'm going to following up on them. |

I think you captured the drama of the scene. I feel as if the clouds are going to truly envelope that old barn. A perfect shot for infrared. |

You are right about the tree framing the image, well seen. I especially like the group of people on the crest of the hill. I agree with Paul about the sky. If you wanted to leave the sky white, I'd like to see the contrast/blacks bumped up just a bit on the lighthouse to make it pop even more. |
