Thank you Lance.
We had walked a long way from parking lot to edge of water. I could tell light was changing so in order to get at least one shot, I quickly got out my call phone. I did very little post processing. |

I agree!!! Love this one. The background really sets the ladies apart and they aren't competing with the yellow lights. The contrast is wonderful. A well done picture! |

brrrrr!!!! You captured that feeling of cold!!!!!
The dogs expressions are what captured me. Their determination, focus, and working together is what I feel. The musher doesn't need to be totally focused, but I feel needs to be kept. The reds and greens really stand out.
I admire you for getting all bundled up and waiting in below zero to get a wonderful shot! |

I love the title of your wonderful photograph! I can only imagine what fun it is to shoot at the haven and bird feeders. The legs of the birds, their eyes and beaks keep my eye circling and attention drawn to the birds.
The colors are a nice contrast to the background. The B and W was interesting, however, I personally like the color version better. |

Thank you Alison. You have a wonderful way with words and have such good ideas. Thank you!
I checked and did straighten the horizon line (in Light Room). I'm wondering if it could be the colors, reflections? I don't know, but I appreciate your comment and will work with it. |
