I might of moved to the left a bit to line up both sides of the post and rails, reflection in the water, to perfection or close.

I like how the shadow frames the man and gives him a stronger presence separate from the mural.
Another approach to the white bag is change the color.

Maybe a lower angle with a zoom to keep the subject prominent along with a sense of place with the background.		 Mar 11th

You can see where you're going to make a right turn 20 miles ahead unlike here.
Add a road would be my suggestion.
