The Marmot is well placed and got my attention followed with his? eye towards the stick. Which got my attention too. I resized based on the above for another version. |

Thanks Sol! I had the photo already to send to Dennis when I noticed them and proceeded to drive myself nuts for a couple of hours with quite of bit of learning curve in there too. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. |

Aspiring photo Than!
and the locals really make it and add some morning mood to the rising sun. So my usual resize suggestion toward the subjects. |

Nice shot Sharon.
It is a busy photo with the trees and limbs and was thinking a path in the foreground would of been grounding. |

You covered on the comments too Sol. The giraffe is perfect but the surrounding trees distracts. It would be interesting to blur the background more than it is. I like what Beverly did in eliminating the hot white area which helps with the trees too. Always a challenge. |

Great shot!
Then once I read Sol's description I had to add my usual customary crop towards his key points. Plus the ruffled feathers on his back. |

A rich beautiful photo enhanced with the dark back ground you chose. A fun assignment. |
