Beautiful image Than. I would probably work the contrast and exposure, resize for some other variables to your great shot. |

Another idea would be to increase the margin on the top and right hand side to follow the long shadows of the nails. |

I think a rectangular shot taking in some ground into the foreground would of helped. A leaning stump just like a old headstone. Actually leveling out the bronze plate would do it. Along with some negative space above the stump. |

One of my Uncles favorite sayings as he answers the phone. He's 95.
Definitely two different images compared with the original. I think the sky is fine. Back off the saturation with the barn a bit. Probably the grass too. The grass, barn and sky I see competing with each other in tonality or the same intensity. I like what you did though with the photo editing software that you used. Lots of possibilties |
