1 Apr 18 Reply That is a good idea with the shallow depth of field and monochrome. The aged totem through monochrome as the back ground.
I took a lot of I guess typical totem pole images while in Alert bay and this one lying on the ground I never gave much thought too turned out to be the most interesting. Which on looking back I might of just been trying out my new 50, 1.8 lens.		 Apr 30th

1 Apr 18 Comment It looks like all your hard work paid off. The colored layers and shades makes for a pastoral scene. I might of tried some different positions for framing the image with the tree. I find that the tree blocks my view while I still like it in the photo. I resized the photo with the column in mind. Apr 11th
