I like your version Dennis. A lighter sky as Lee had mentioned gives the totem pole some pop along with adding definition to the pole. |

I would agree with you on the title as I was short on words that day. Shackles came to mind later too. I went the opposite way on the sky as I thought darker would be more dramatic. |

Excellent street scene. Maybe a little more contrast. Lower shooting position for the white of the eyes as they look like they are looking away from you. |

Good work Joey! I like how the background flows right through to the feathers and carries you to the head and eye. A different position might of got the branch away from the birds head but it works still with the busier back ground. |

I would say this is one of your better bug images. Intense, colorful. Perfect back ground, depth of field. It seems to all work. |

Excellent symetrical work and I like how the colors fade into the horizon. I'm still undecided on the ruler whilst liking the reflection on it. |
