10 Aug 18 Reply The Milky Way was taken on a 9000 ft mountain in Creede, CO at about 3:30 in the AM. The temp was about 37 degrees and for a Texas boy that is classified as bitter cold. For my star images I use a 16-35 Canon wide angle lens, wide open at f2.8, focused at infinity and for a duration of 20 sec. obviously on a tripod. Aug 25th
