This is a very nice documentary image, David. once again, you seem to demonstrate a very good eye for all things photographic. I like everything about this image, colors, composition, and the storytelling. Good job |

I REALLY like this image. The lines lead you into the silhouettes at the very edge of the image. It is just a really nice black-and-white. The image might be enhanced by increasing a bit of the contrast as appear slightly flat to me see what you think. See VF |

A very nice documentary image, Rich. I like the colors, and the center of interest. I agree that the image is slightly soft and could stand some sharpening. In addition, the use of the dehaze filter in Lightroom might ameliorate some of the haze. See VF. Nice capture. |

Falling water droplets are the "crack" cocaine of photography and when you get started it is hard to stop without having severe withdrawal symptoms. Nevertheless, this is truly an amazing image and you captured it VERY WELL. I would hope you would explore going further with this image and explore the endless possibilities in post-processing. See VF. I took your image into PS and added several color filters and altered their density. I then stamped the image and used a multiply blending mode to enhance the image. I then added a inverted luminosity mask and a curves adjustment to tone down some of the highlights in the center. This is but one of many, many iterations you could explore. AWESOME JOB!!!!! (Let me know if you feel I have "butchered" your image). |
