If you are using PS or LR try the shake reduction filter, like most tools you can overdo it, like the misty light.
I spent a year at the Boston Navy Yard, still remember the smell of the river at low tide.

Nice composition, window is too bright, toning it down will put the emphasis back on the chair rather than the window.
