Mark: I really like the painterly effect in the model's face and clothing! |

Thanks, Mark, for your suggestion. I assume you are referring to the mat. I think you are correct (but my nature is to be a color freak)! Maybe an off white or light brown mat? |

Carmen: Nice black and white image. I wonder if you reversed the photo so that the tree would be on the right hand side might be another alternative ... just a thought. Do you think that changing the horizontal so that the fence line is on the horizontal might help? Or do you think the fence line as is give the effect of going downhill? There is really nothing "wrong" with picture as is ... just was wondering. By the way, it is nice to have you back! i missed your images. |

Linda: Although photographed in New York, it reminds me of that terrible wildfire recently in California. The orange and yellow is the "fire" and the ddwhite sky the smoke. The trees in the foreground increasing is size (left to right) breaks up in whiteness of the sky. Nice job. |

Joan: I see that you changed your photo. My first impression of "Mammoth Springs" is that it looks like satellite shot from space down onto another planet's surface. I guess I have a wild imagination! Also it appears to be in 3D which really appeals to me... it appears to be a kind of river bed having been hit by a meteor bombardment. The color(s) work well. I personally like it a lot as I like abstract designs. |

Nadia: My partner had a little fun with our image. He decided to isolate Miss Red Pants. So he cloned out the people walking around her. Now she really does look like Judy Garland on stage. I then took its a step further her. I stroked the image and added a slight vignette and then framed her. I hope you don't mind us playing around your picture. Think of it as an alternative. The cloning is not perfect, but you get the idea. See the result of our "playing around" with your New York Dancer. |

Nadia: I love it. It reminds me of Judy Garland on some movie set. The image tickles my funny bone. The colors are so vibrant and alive. I'm amused by her RED pants with her toes pointed inward. Shall we dance!!! My only suggestion is to stroke or frame the picture so to separate the scene from the black background of this site. |

Joan: I believe I commented on this image last session. And it still brings back beautiful memories of Cottonwood and Alta canyons (way back in 1963, when I was 25 years old and still wet behind the ears and full of wonderment). |

Nadia: I believe if you have Topaz Studio installed, when you purchase "DIGITAL FRAME" app, it will install immediately in Studio. I think framing an image just sets it off. Also it hundreds of choices in both the frames and matting ... color, sizes , etc. |

Steve: Amazing image! i still have my Stereo Realist camera packed away in storage. For years I was a member of the Stereo Club of Southern California. I love the way the large sphere bounces right out you. However, now I live in Taos, NM. Rick Finney |
