15 Jan 18 Comment Joan: a beautiful image. In my mind the bristlecone is the center of interest and I'm not concerned whether the stars are in focus! The stars are the background to a beautiful photo. As an aside, fifty-five years ago when I was in my mid twenties I loved to backpack the high sierras and across the way in the white mountains.
