Carmen: a worthy alternative solution. My original idea was to show more of the olive branch. In your solution I think I might like a small cloud in the upper left hand third of the image to help break up some of the blue sky.. Thanks for the tip. You have a good eye. |

Carmen: So many nice things to say about the flower portrait. The bee really adds to the picture. I have a few "bee in a flower" like this, but not this good. I like that the bud in the upper right is in sharp focus. Also the water droplets on the petals of the poppy add a lot to the image. The small green stroke around the image really sets it off from the black background of the website |

Joan: The pastel colors really work. All in all, this photo is a beautiful panorama; it has a mystical feeling. I also like the effect of NO sky; it is as if one is floating over the landscape. |

Dear Linda: Yes, I agree with you; the B & W is better. I usually prefer color but in this instance B & W is better . As a shocker you might try making the soles a bright red . I do like the design of the two shoes together. Also I think I might stroke the image to enhance the idea of "looking through the window."

Joan: I love it. It is really creative; the merging of the two images is perfect. How did you get the noses to match? Well done ... Congratulations! |
