Hi Rick, and a Merry Christmas to you as well.
You know how much I love color and you do color so well but when I saw this image I saw black and white. I took the liberty of trying out some things in PS and came up with the attached. What do you think?
I am sort of into Monochrome it seems.

The lines and patterns in this image are indeed interesting.
The modern buildings and subdued colors make a nice foil for he older architecture. You turned your head at just the right moment.

What a gorgeous sunrise. The fog makes it look like an ocean instead of a mountain valley. Colors are lovely...works well as an HDR.

I like this image a lot, Joan. I would like to see the horizontal image as well to see how you framed it. On this on I think I might crop the sky down to the top of the big cloud on the left(making it a horizontal). It does change the feeling of the image but it feels stronger to me. The other thought I have is that it would make a nice monochrome image.
What do you think?
