I have lots of pictures of this goat, with lots of space. This one has been cropped a bit. I think you would find the background and surroundings very busy. They are better in colour. |

Nothing better than a cut kid, no matter what photo judges say. The way that the hat strap frames her face is very nice, we look at her eyes, and then explore the interesting head piece. And its very sharp.......I think you could remove a bit more space over the hat, just before the frame touches the little fringes sticking up. |

Very creative, I didn't even get that it started as blinds until you told me. The balance is perfect, I do like the sharp blacks and whites with just that hint of blue........ As for judging, I know what you mean. I am one, and its tough, especially when its more graphic and abstract, to come up with a score. You get extremes, like one 4 and one 9.5 with a 7. |

Very nice, it doesn't even matter if we know its a stairway. Great composition, all the technical details are just right. |

Your capture of the eagle is fantastic, all sharp and the diagonal of the wings is dynamic.........Yes, the background and the line cutting through the subject. |

This is a very subtle image, the pond is inviting, but vacant. The details around the frame give us a hint of the surroundings, a foreground and a possible distant horizon. Good for you, breaking the rules and trying a new composition. |

Nice pose with action, a good nature story. The B&W conversion seems appropriate for this image. Very sharp detail allowing the elephant to separate from the background........I think it would be a bit better without the horizon line, I always look at it. |
