You reacted well to your chance to capture the foal. Converting to B&W is perfect for a zebra. Very sharp detail........The background is very bright, perhaps you could tone it down a bit. There is a branch that is bright and dark that appears to be growing out of the foal's nose, but perhaps a bit of PS work could make it less distinct. |

Very good, intriguing. Your composition reminds me of a modern art style, I forget what its called. I especially like the texture of the golden roof. You have chosen some expert teachers. |

Its like we are going to get a big wet one......I do find the bright reflections in the background distracting. It is like the head is floating separated from a body, so I think you should have included the neck in your sharp part. |

I don't think your composition is too busy or crowded, its all about vegetables to me. There are saturated colours that balance well and a variety of shapes to look at.......The only thing I noticed right away that bugged me is the upside down printing in the bottle reflection. It wouldn't be missed. |

Your photograph tells an interesting story, no commentary is required unless you want to. Like the west coast of North America, if you don't go out in the rain, you won't go outside very much. The bright umbrellas and random groupings work very well, lots of subjects to explore........I think a small crop off the top to remove the amputated people would add focus to the mid ground. |

As far as I know, they are all one species. Some males have just red, some have the yellow underneath, which shows when they fluff the outer red feather. |
