Those who wait are sometimes rewarded. The backlit sky is very nice........You could think about cropping off the foreground, to above the brown wall. This area doesn't add to your main features, the sky and the wharf. |

It could have been your lens, with tape on a filter. An old method. The sky is great, lots of tones. The posts tie the sky and land together. The long thin lines hint at a far distant horizon. |

Good capture, at the optimum moment. Its a great nature story.........On my screen the birds are not quit sharp. Also I think you could crop a bit off the bottom to the top of the brown triangle for more focus on the really nice subjects. |

This composition is very nice. The three seed head centres are all a bit different, the eye wanders between them, but doesn't leave the frame. I have never seen a photo of this type of plant this sharp and detailed, the technique you have used is super. |

Your picture does look very damp and misty. It is as I imagine the monsoon, sort of like the Pacific Northwest of North America, but with more inches per year. The diagonal line of red roofs dividing forest from cloud works very well, the lighting is suitably gloomy..........I think you could crop off the foreground trees bottom right, they don't add to the expansive scene. |
