He is an interesting subject. Without your description, he could be in a lot of different places. We can wonder where he is going, and what he is looking at........I think it would be good to have a bit more space around him, and details to give a sense of place. |

I like this composition, its mostly triangles, but they have the appearance of an implied spin clockwise. Or is it just me? The primary colours look good together, the little bright spot holds my attention. It would make a nice print.

An interesting place, good details. Yet there is a flow to the main shapes. The B&W conversion works.........But for me including the photographer doesn't. |

I am surprised at what you could create from a snap. Its very good. It would look nice on a wall as a triptych, full size of course. |

Nice subjects, and new grebes to me. I think you caught the action and behaviour just right. Each chick is looking in a different direction........You could consider cropping some empty water off the top for better focus, and a bit off the left for balance.........And welcome to our study group. |
