Hi Ed: A minimalist type of image. At first glance I thought it was some sort of fishing poles in the water. Just thinking out loud & wondering if a slight vignette might help focus the eye on your blades of grass? What did the image look like in color? |

Hi Susan: A very quiet image with a lot of texture interest. How cold was it? I believe the overcast relatively flat sky is a plus for this composition which keeps the eye on your subject. |

Hi John: Very unusual image that most would have walked right by. All of the shadows are going in a straight line even the crooked posts. To my eye this brings me right to the crooked post. Everything else is straight. Very clever capture. |

Hi Michael: What a creative composite image. To my eye most aspects of your composite composition are believable. My only suggestion would be to reduce the size of the moon & perhaps relocate it in the sky a little higher? The moon seems to grab most of the attention away from the rest of the image components as it appears to be quite large & seems to fight for the viewer's attention. |

Hi Ian: I really like your image. It is full of leading lines right to the light-rail train. A very nice city scape image that appear sharp & the buildings look straight and in perspective. Since it was an overcast day the light looks soft and there is not much glare or reflections to deal with. nice job. |

Hi Peter: Wow what a fantastic image. As you said, this ghost town is a real magnet for photographers and I can see why. They call it arrested decay but eventually all will be lost to time. You captured a great image that tells a story. As usual your post camera processing is magnificent. |

Hi Denis: A visitor from group 31. I love your image but agree that the white spot at the top is distracting. Perhaps close some of those trees on the right-hand side to fill it in? You captured the water beautifully with the slow shutter speed. Great Job. |
