31 Aug 25 Comment Hi John: At first glance, your image seems to be a study of old and older. The older wall and the old sign seem to be competing for my attention. The old wall has great shapes and textures, while the old sign is intriguing as a few letters can barely be seen and kept wondering what that sign said in it's day. Again, this is something most would just walk right by and not think to take a photo of. I believe adding a small stroke might help as well as a slight vignette. Aug 10th

31 Aug 25 Comment Hi Ian: Looking at your image, I can hear the roar of the boats and the splash of the water. Another super capture that happened in a split second. I like the splashes of water that really give a sense of movement. Despite all of the activity you managed to capture this with a straight horizon on the water's edge. Very nice job again! Aug 10th
31 Aug 25 Comment Hi Michael: I like your composition with the pier serving as a great leading line. The shack looks new as does the pier. I also like the soft look of the water that you achieved with your long shutter speed. The image is sharp and straight and well processed, however, I believe the image might benefit from a bit more contrast as it appears a bit flat to my eye. Aug 10th
