31 Jun 25 Comment Hi Ed: What a great shot! Most would have just walked by this slide. To my eye, your image is all about the light. Of course, the slide is the subject, but it is how the light is hitting it which makes it so outstanding. I love the cast shadow on the ground which adds interest as well. Seeing your image, I wish I was still 4 or 5 years of age and could take a slide down what a fun. Your image is beautifully processed and tack sharp as well. Jun 6th

Your light painting is spot on making the mushrooms translucent and letting the rib or gill details show beautifully.
