Hi John: I really like the composition, textures and shapes in your image. To my eye, your image appears to be a touch flat. I'm wondering if a slight vignette might be of benefit along with a 2 - 3 px stroke? Keep making those walks around the sluice capturing these interesting images. |

Hi Ian: Another interesting image of a performer. The mic & stand are great leading lines right to George your subject. Obviously, the lighting was challenging looking at your camera settings. I'd suggest burning the light areas by his knees, guitar and the other light/white dots. If possible, remove or crop the mic stand on the left-hand side of the image. My eye found them distracting. |

HI Ed: To my eye, your image is an example of capturing an extemporaneous moment in the life of 3 ladies. I suspect they know each other and are possibly related as evidenced by their relaxed nature to each other. Your image appears sharp without noise given the ISO setting. I like the ladies are sharp and the background is soft, nice handling of DOF as well. |

Susan: What an interesting image. How brave of you to lean over the bridge for this composition. I suspect your shutter setting was slow looking at the effect on the waterfall. I'd love to see this in color. Great job. |

Hi Michael: What an interesting image. I really like the shapes, textures and tonal values of the rocks in your composition. It's like I can almost feel the texture of those rocks in your image. To my eye the unique cloud shape brings such interest to your composition. Beautifully processed in post camera production. |

Hi Peter: The old building, vintage cars and overgrown Vegetation are clues for the ghost town. Very interesting composition with the car (Oldsmobile?) as a leading line. Tack sharp with great tonal range. This location is a photographer's dream with a number of vintage vehicles in arrested decay. I believe this ghost town was also the site for a movie location in the past. Another outstanding image. |
