Hi John: Nice leading lines of the down wooden fence - which are sort of inverse but still work for me. Nice contrast that really pops in B/W. I don't like power lines but sometimes you just have to deal with them. The dark sky with is a plus which helps the house stand out. Nicely done. |

Hi Ed: A very interesting and clever image. I love these old cars and think you did a great job isolating them from the distractions of the background. It is easy to see that they have been weathering in the same location for a very long time. If only they could talk and tell us their story. I'm wondering if a slight dark vignette might benefit your image further isolating the two cars. Nicely done. |

Hi Michael: Your image took my breath away! Wow, you captured this image at the exact moment the wave hit. I bet you did not see many people about on a day like this - usually it is only us crazy photographers. The result, however, is well worth the effort. The sky looks ominous with the impending bomb cyclone -yikes! I also love the birds. Another wonderful landscape image. |

Hi Ian: A very clever and creative image which works well for B/W. At first glance I thought it looked like binoculars but quickly realized that it was one of your creative ideas. The subject is nicely placed in the image and technically well done. |

Hi Peter: I love B/W sand dune images and yours has details and textures with footprints that are outstanding. I also visited this NP years ago and found it well worth the trip. Beautiful composition with beautiful contrast variations makes this another outstanding landscape image. |
