Hi Ed: Dealing with shadows is a tricky business in composition. Having said that, I think you handled it well. To my eye, looking at the crosses in shadow leads me right into the image. |

Hi Susan: I love flea markets and find them very interesting. Some may call it junk others call it treasures I say they can be a photographer's dream. Lots of subject matter and objects to catch while just walking around. Your composition is busy but to my eye works for this subject. I like your vignette which focuses the eye more toward the middle of your image. |

Hi Peter: Another fabulous landscape with lots of beautiful sky with great reflections. I would never have thought you composited this image without reading your comments. The northern lights are wonderful in color or black and white. |

Hi John: Shapes and textures are what caught my eye on your Lit & Phil image. I like that you shot the image at an angle which, to my eye, makes it more interesting. For being this dome being 130 years old, it is in pretty good shape. |

Hi Ian: Wow! Another great portrait and very timely as well with Dia de Muertos and Halloween right around the corner. Nicely processed with a slight vignette. You've got a good eye for these character portraits! |
