Hi Ian: A visitor from group 31... I love your action shot! Everything is perfect... my only question were you hand holding that 100-400 lens or using a tripod or mono-pod? Super shot! |

Hi Peter: Thank you for your feedback. I did check out the Angel of the North and think there might be a slight difference in scale :-) ... but appreciate your comments very much. |

Hi Guy: Thank You for visiting our mono group... I've never entered this image in competition before, but, now the sky is the limit... I might just give it a try and will let you know :-) |

An interesting image with lots of shapes and textures. The open door always draws me in wondering what is inside. Your image is straight and the vertical format seems to suit this image very well. |

Peter: Another great landscape. I really like the textures and contrast in your image. Your composition with the road leading line into the image is really draws me in. There almost appears to be individuals both in front and in back of the church which may or may not be the case but adds interest to the image. Just love Iceland! |

Hi Nick: I love your image! Two old friends out for a walk together step by step... You handled the post camera processing very well. While the two subjects are more or less silhouette there is enough light to make out detail. The rocks have great texture and appear wet. There may be some teeny-weeny dreaded sharpening halos near both subjects feet. My only little suggestion to look at. |

Hi John: NEVER in 100 years would I have ever guessed that your creative image came from an architectural shot of a building. Who thinks of stuff like that? John - that's who! I think it very clever and quite unique to take an image that you might not have thought much of and turn it into something that an individual would enjoy viewing! Kukos! |

Hi Ian: I just love those old skeleton keys! Under the most challenging light conditions you were able to grab this shot! To my eye, the image appears a bit flat. Just thinking out loud... wondering if darkening or lightening the background, a bit might help? Maybe a little trial and error... In any case I'd give you high points for spending so much time trying to get this shot in the first place! |
