31 Jun 21 Comment Hi Ian:... When I saw your image... "A penny for your thoughts" jumped into my head. Looking at the rough weather, I wonder what this gent was thinking. Obviously he was well dressed for the occasion. To my eye the sky and background are a bit flat... If this were my image, I might add a bit of fog effect to really put the background in it's place since there is no detail in the sky anyhow..which would make the background visible, but, make the gent stand out a bit more... Who knows... it might just work!??? Jun 12th

To my eye, your image appears a bit flat and wonder if a bit more contract would help to bring out the shapes? Living in the desert, I've not seen ice puddles in a LONG time...and, can't say I miss them... but, I do like your image. Jun 9th
31 Jun 21 Comment Hi Peter: Another great landscape! Looking closely, I love that you managed to capture a person in the image... probably another photographer trying to get that perfect angle? To my eye, your shutter speed is perfect for the waterfall.. great sky as well. The light could not be better to both capture the spray from the waterfall and the beauty of the water falling over the edge. Beautifully processed. My dream is to return to this location one day.. just a spectacular location in Iceland and a photographer's dream no matter the season. Jun 9th
