31 Sep 20 Reply Peter - thanks for your feedback...I have a color shot of a crazy climber standing on top of manly beacon...same composition, but only had my 24-105 lens with me b/c I only planned on taking landscape shots.. he is a teeny weeny silhouette and most would not even notice him in the pix...so, I opted for this one instead. A great location and better with clouds. Sep 9th
31 Sep 20 Comment Paul - To my eye, this is a very nice capture. Her bindi adornment on her forehead is probably a sign of her religion or cast (?) and might have been the reason for her reluctance in the photograph. I like the way you handled the background. Nice catch light in her eyes as well. Sep 8th
31 Sep 20 Comment Hi Ed: Your image feels like an abstract, which I love. The leading line of the meandering river leads the eye right into the image. I agree with Michael, it might benefit form a levels, curves or Hue/saturation adjustment layers...to increase tonality a bit. Sep 8th

31 Sep 20 Comment HI Ian - I love these old buildings and wish they could talk and tell us of their history. Nice composition and processing. If this were my image, I would remove the antennas from the chimney and darken the windows on both the second floor right hand side and above the entrance way. Sep 7th
31 Sep 20 Comment Hi John: To my eye, this is such a beautiful composition with a great leading line of the shore, the remains of a pier is one area of interest, a vary calm and quiet image. The horizon looks straight to my eye. Very nicely processed as well! Sep 6th
31 Sep 20 Comment HI Michael: Yellowstone is one of my favorite locations.. I like your composition very much. To my eye, the image has a green cast and seems a bit flat. This image must have been taken a ... l o n g ... time ago if you used ektachrome film - e'est pas? If this were my image, I might consider a levels and/or curves adjustment, possibly a hue adjustment as well. Sep 6th
