31 Jun 20 Reply HI Paul... thank you for your feedback. I've visited Death Valley several times in the past, however, Cotton-Ball basin was a new location this last visit... and, would recommend anyone going there to make a stop... lots of possibilities for photos. Jun 12th
31 Jun 20 Reply John, thank you for your comments... Death Valley has many, many vast landscapes... and, Cotton-Ball basin was a new stop for me... Just visible on the tops of the mountains is light from sun rise... which was pretty nice. Jun 9th

31 Jun 20 Comment HI Ed: I like your revised image very much... and, was about to comment on the original... the sky did not seem to match the reflections in the water... which does happen b/c of perspective... in any case, I do believe both the sky and increase in contrast were real positive steps in improving your already nice image. 31 Jun 20 Comment HI Michael: Living in Arizona, I've seen many petroglyphs and really appreciate their beauty. You've done a great job in composition. My eye, is drawn to the top of the image where the rocks are very light... just thinking out loud, and wonder if cropping the top a bit might focus the viewer more on the art? Having said that, I do believe you've got a strong image! Jun 7th
31 Jun 20 Comment Hi Ian: Talk about a leading line! WoW! I noticed the soft water and quickly took a look at your shutter speed which, to my eye, brings focus to the subject of your image. Nicely composed composition, which seems to be a perfect subject for mono! Jun 7th
