I guess I am a conventional landscape photographer - for me your 'normal' image appeals much more. The strong leading line to the mountains and the bonus of the crepuscular rays below the clouds. |

John - a simple ,but tranquil image which highlights a typical summer day. The framing of the trees concentrates the eye on the river and the two people are more than a bonus. |

Nick - I'm struggling to get to grips with your image - there's not much in it to get one's teeth into apart from he strong leading line. I think it would have helped to include the sky to enhance the perspective and an end point for the leading line. |

Ian - an idyllic scene so nicely balanced and arranged within the frame with Mum and Dad in the front line protecting the cygnets in the background. Well worth the wait! |

Ed - a well caught image of these gentlemen enjoying the sun and putting the world to rights. I agree with the comments regarding the brightness of the wall and I am in two minds as to whether cloning out the object on the LHS would strengthen the image - not permitted for use in Photo Travel of course.
It is a little unfortunate that the face of one guy is partly obscured by his hand. Although you were trying to be 'invisible' a second or third press of the shutter button could have been beneficial.

Ella - a well executed record shot of this imposing woman who looks to be full of self confidence. Well processed as usual and the light sepia toning puts the age of the image into perspective. A quality image - well done! |
