Hi Ella
Have now seen the Sun Voyager 'in person'! Despite the totally dominant rain which persisted throughout the trip the morning we had in Reykjavik was dry and I was able to capture the Sun Voyager without any people around it although the sky lacked the drama of your image - there's ways round that though!! |

Ella - despite having passed through Reykjavik a dozen times I have yet to see this Icelandic icon. That may be rectified at the end of this week when I return to Iceland and we have a morning in Reykjavik prior to flying on to Hofn.
A well produced image - people can be a pain, but cloning is painless I'm told! The soft light was very much in your favour and the metallic feel of the 'ship' comes over well. The sky is more than a bonus - it helps to make the image and has been well processed. Maybe I would darken the top right hand corner a little to balance with the top left hand corner.

An air of mystery in this image - is he pausing for thought or deciding in which direction to go next.
Nice balance of exposure between the foreground and the background and the composition works just fine. I feel that a marginal lightening of the face would be beneficial given the amount of detail in his shirt and also wonder about cropping off half of the base below the tree. |

A classic bird image in which, as you inferred, the cloud is an essential part. Super lighting on the bird which is optimally positioned in the frame.
The bird is a little soft - a little selective sharpening might help. |

Ian - my first impression was that the image is very busy, the musician almost blending in to the background and thus not standing out. Clearly the lighting conditions were a challenge and the far wall does tend to draw the eye. I don't think that the vignette serves to overcome these issues.
You might like to consider a square crop (below) in which the tones of the main image have been lightened and the far wall darkened.
