22 Sep 22 Comment At first glance and before I even read Marti's comments, I wanted to eliminate the clouds at the edge of the hill and crop a bit from the right. I prefer eliminating the pump, but not the rest of the clouds in the sky. I think those clouds compliment the lines and waves of the terrain. Sep 9th
22 Sep 22 Comment Interesting that you selected something similar to Al's picture. In any case, this does have lots of potential. I can see a 4' X 6' canvas over a couch. I do not mind the tip of the right butterfly cut off, but I think it is worth cloning out the tips in the top right corner. Also brightening the shadowed areas as best possible. Sep 6th
22 Sep 22 Reply No Jerry, this was not a controlled situation. We moved from spot to spot, very fast among tourists and all sorts of backgrounds. The dogs were just passing by and the dancer got into the spirit. She was very good and I was fortunate to event get what I did. I have a few other pictures. If you have been in St George St. in St Augustine, you know what I mean. Sep 6th
22 Sep 22 Comment Nice result Marti and perfect color combination. I was never able to get a clean round effect from the Polar Coordinates Filter. Also interesting how you got the slanted effect. Sep 6th
22 Sep 22 Comment This is a real find. I love the colors and the entire composition. The color and texture of the door, the wall and the green vegetation, are a perfect match. It appears to me that the branches have grown right in front of the door, am I correct? Can it be that this door has not been opened for all this time? Sep 5th
22 Sep 22 Comment Beautiful result Peggy. I agree with what has been said... Please educate me. Is there a difference between "stacking" and a "20 image focus stacking"? Is 20 images part of the technique or can it be any number of images? Sep 5th
22 Sep 22 Reply Yes, I tried Select Subject, but as I resolved one problem another popped up. What you did is good, but I did not want a total dark background. Perhaps some variation of colors may work with it. Sep 5th
