14 Apr 22 Comment Gregory, as a non-expert, three things I like to point out. First, you need to soften all around the edges of the model to avoid the composite look. You may consider having the model's head turned more to the viewer in order to avoid too much white of the eyes. Third, I would move the model a bit more into the center. In the B&W I love the crispness of the model against the soft background. Hope this helps. Good luck on your way to perfection. Apr 4th

22 Apr 22 Reply Yes, that is correct Peggy. Apr 26th
22 Apr 22 Reply Yes, that is a good point Kaylyn and Marti Apr 26th
22 Apr 22 Comment Yes, always take the picture no matter what the circumstances are. The small moon in the vast sky is very realistic and that is the way we see it. This is a good capture and yet, I feel you can crop some of the sky, especially left, bottom and right side. I would also sharpen the moon only. Apr 16th
22 Apr 22 Reply Sorry for not making myself clear Jerry. I consider this image as a montage of various pictures, all blended into one. During the live presentation, each image was either part of the background, floating on the water or flying in the sky and it all happened and captured in a matter of seconds. Hope this helps. 22 Apr 22 Comment Wow! and without the right equipment. Well done!

Hope I do as good as you in 2045...

22 Apr 22 Comment I love the tunnel look and especially when the sharpness flows all the way to the background. Yes, the colors are fascinating and I would like to see more. I wonder if it was possible to step back more, so we could see more of the left side and appreciate the designs. Apr 7th
22 Apr 22 Comment I do have a stroke, bur sorry, it is too light. Apr 4th
22 Apr 22 Comment Nice crisp image Marti. The foreground boats have a nice glow, possibly from the moon and at the same time they are a nice leading line to the scene. I would like to see more of the left side, but was it possible to capture more of the left side? Would the composition have been better??? ... (In the center and just before the land, it appears that there are two men walking on water. Yes, I know my imagination is working overtime.) Apr 3rd
22 Apr 22 Comment Well done Al. You did a nice job of leveling the exposure, but on my screen it shows too bright. I would lower the brightness and especially at the bottom of the three right balloons. This brings back memories of the 2000 and 2014 Albuquerque PSA Conferences. Apr 3rd
22 Apr 22 Comment "Glow" certainly qualifies as a night picture and as fulfilling the assignment. You did a good job of bringing out the warm tones and the clarity of the image. I am disturbed by the shadow areas and yet they are the only contrast in the composition. Something is missing. Perhaps the silhouette of a figure or a flower pot could be a secondary supporting element. ??? Apr 3rd
