Yes, definitely a good commercial picture. I am only disturbed by the lack of separation. Not sure, but I think that a little painting on the background with the flashlight would have helped.

This too is a good exercise in light. For balance, I think that the left side should be cropped to match the right side. I would also like to tone down the background to give the glasses more prominence.

My, this almost like two different pictures. You sure gave light to this picture. Yes, it is leaning to the left and it is a bit distracting. |

Excellent idea Jerry and nice arrangement of colors. Black light is one of my favorites. I consider the glass with the mixing stick as the focal point. I suggest you avoid glass or mirrors, unless you want something specific to reflect. Generally black velvet as background works very well. Black light is about color, so feel free to pump up the color a bit.

Yes, I too have used this technique many times and it is very effective especially with Christmas decorations. As a beginner, you did a very good job. Next time I suggest you select one of the decorations as the center spot, such as one of the heads. The center should be the focal point.

As all the others, I compliment you on your selection work. I love the color of the petals on the top left, but I find too much contrast with the petals on the right. I wonder if toning the brightness down a bit would help. |

Yes Jerry, you can find fluorescent slinky in toy stores. Yes, I did have one of these pictures printed with passible results, but the colors are kind of washed out. Here is another version, using the Wave Filter. Thank you. |
