Yes Peggy, this is now much more inviting. |

Peggy, your point is well-taken, but as Jerry says, this is intended as a silhouette and I too feel that brightening the tree would take away from the overall scene. Perhaps cropping some of the reflection will help.

Jerry, excellent job of cloning. Yes, the only problem is by the ends of the red-hair girl, but you can correct it or just leave it as the original. However, you have a couple of inches clear on the right side and I would not crop so close.

"Fall Scene" has lovely tones and it has that 'painterly' and 'dreamy' look. However, I would like to see more of the leading line to the bridge and of the tree, as a secondary supporting element. As it is, I would eliminate half of the space in back of the bridge and place it in the front.

This is an unusual and story-telling scene. I love the way all the sheep are clustered into an almost 'S' shape formation. I think it would have more impact if we could see more of the surrounding area and top of the trees.

John, this is a nice find and good seeing. Yes, I think I would prefer this in the horizontal format and perhaps with some related supporting subject or leading line, but I was not there and cannot speculate.

For me, "Lonely Tree" has the most impact as it is. It is also perfect for a Christmas card. You have sufficient space in the foreground for a message.

This is a lovely image and good seeing Kaylyn and yes, I am impressed with your processing. My only suggestion is to flip it horizontally, which stops the eye on the darker branches, instead of leading the eye to the top right and out of the picture. |
