I think it is some sort of dust as I checked several images from the shoot and they are all there. But they are a weird dust shape. Clearing my camera sensor petrifies me lol |

I like the composition and contrasts of the white seagull amidst the seals really makes the image IMO.
I think this image might really work well in B&W due to a lack of colour. Lots of possibilities! I am looking forward to seeing more images from your lovely part of the world. |

I am not sure if you were restricted using a tripod due to safety but if this was hand held you did a very good job. There is a lot going on this image and it might be beneficial to try different crops so the view can focus on just one thing. I have heard that in most cases the closest thing to the viewer's eye should be in focus. Subconsciously we "accept" things out of focus in the background.
This might be one of those images you could play with using creative painterly filters and see if you like the results.
Your image makes me think of spring and the warmer temperatures to come. |

I like the mood in the image and how everything comes together so well. I was torn if I wanted to see more sky than water but with the reflection, I am seeing the sky so everything is good. |

So when I remove sensor dust (which I am admittedly bad at doing) I use Lightroom spot removal and click visualize spots. I attached a screen shot of what I see in LR and it looks ok but I can see what you are referring to. If I move the visualize spot slider almost all the way to the right I can see something |

The only real colour in the image was some red in the berries so I thought I'd try and see what it looked like in B&W. Thanks for pointing out the sensor dust - I'll check that out
The image was shot with my Sony A7II 223mm 6.3 1/250 handheld ISO 2000 |
