I did not see the person until I read the comments. Initially, I was focused on the natural beauty of the sky, rainbow, and earth tones in the image. I wonder how it would look if the person was masked out and the image reflects only the arch and rainbow.
Great shot! |

When I first viewed the image I was torn. The image is stunning but is also massive to process in a single view. It would have been easier for me to process if there was a focus on a single detail of the image as opposed to the entire interior which I believe was more difficult to shoot. |

I like that you chose black and white and the monkey is framed by the wildness of the trees. I am drawn to the monkey but the competing images of his perch and nearby trees are distracting. However, I love the image -- nature stripped of color--just pure structure. |

Agreed... and yes that is the natural color of his eyes. Thanks! |

I am a storyteller at heart. The camera gives me the freedom that words don't bring... I just wish I could be a better photographer. |

It was difficult to shoot. We were confined by a rule not to photograph the face of the children for safety reasons -- many were abandoned and custody not yet determined. Both subjects kept moving. While I took many shots, I could not get the perfect angle of him looking at me and the baby looking at him... Thanks!
