I like the look you have achieved with this image. My only suggestion would be to back off the exposure a little bit on the stem near that middle leaf. As it is, the high exposure has made the small stem connecting the leaf to the main stem nearly invisible, so it looks like a greenish blob just floating in the image. if more of the stem was visible there, it would be anchored to the rest of the image. |

Good job for a macro experiment. The background issue has been covered (I may have tried a couple different angles to have more of the ground in the background, but that may not give you the angle on the subject that you wanted). I am not sure of the size of the plants, but I would have tried to get even closer in if possible with your macro lens so that the frame would be filled with the shape of the leaves in the middle plant. |

Very interesting looking flower. You did a good job getting it sharp from front. Most of the shadows don't bother me. The only one that I would try to eliminate in the future would be the shadow on the green stamen (?) in the middle of the flower. |

Interesting abstract. I like the colors and shapes. I would probably crop out the upper portion of the sky that is a pink smear because it distracts from the geometric patterns of the rest of the image. Overall, I like it. |

Very nice job with the layers of the image. The lighting and composition are very nice too...you even got an interesting sky. Good job. |
