I like how the arch mirrors the rainbow. I also really like how the person gives it scale. While I think that flipping the picture works well, I wonder if those familiar with this landmark might think it odd if it is flipped. |

Beautiful shot. I love images that show colorful leaves in the snow. It is such a short period of time when that is possible (at least in my geographic area). Excellent job with the framing of the waterfall, it was nicely seen and composed. I do like Al's crop. I really like locations like this that offer different image possibilities every time you visit. |

That is a beautiful church. My camera club just did a architectural theme, so although it is not my usual choice of subject, I did learn a lot from our judge. He would have wanted to see a bit of the floor if possible to give the viewer a place to stand and anchor the rest of the image. Also, the podium with the book on it in the lower left corner is a bit distracting as it is. It takes away from the architectural aspects and symmetry of the image. I don't know if it is possible to remove it in Photoshop or not (I am not very good with cloning). Otherwise nicely done on a very challenging subject. |

Great story and nicely captured. I agree that the harsh shadow is a bit distracting. Perhaps if you took the yellow cast of the shadow it may look more natural. The whites of his eyes have a yellow tinge also, but that might be how they were. |

Lovely job with the night cityscape. I love the colors and the reflections in the water are great. My one nitpick would be to crop just a little off the left side of the image so that you don't have that one building and one reflection cut off. |
