When I look at it full size, it looks like the focus hit the nose and not the eyes. I like the expression of the dog and the way it is tilting its head. If it was my image, I would have tried to darken the background to create a little more contrast and make the dog pop out even more. |

I think that the sepia monochrome was a good choice and brings out a lot of the details in the scene. I think the bottom half of the pictures is unnecessary though. I would have tried cropping it in the middle and keeping the top half as a panoramic image. The fence on the bottom half brings my eye to the big tree on the edge and missing a lot of the great details in the farm. |

I like the new version better too. I agree with Al about the square crop for this image. I would probably take off a small sliver from the top and bottom. The image is nice and sharp and the reflection is clear despite the ripples in the water. Nice job. |

I agree that there is too much noise. Is there an iphone app to fix that? Especially the writing on the teacup - the noise makes it look out of focus and hard to read. I like how the items are arranged. I would have tried to show the entire plate on the left instead of cutting off the edge of it. |
