40 Apr 25 Reply Janice, these are good suggestions. I will see if I can implement them. Apr 28th
40 Apr 25 Comment Catherine, I like this image of the horse and that you kept the grass and clouds to set the scene. As a minor adjustment, I would be tempted to crop in on the foreground and right side and also crop out some of the prominent sticks on the skyline. Apr 22nd
40 Apr 25 Comment Ling Ling, I this this is a beautiful capture in Keukenhof gardens which I have also visited. The above suggestions have some good ideas. A suggestion for a similar situation is to open your aperture to the maximum so that your foreground subject is sharp and the background is blurred. Apr 22nd

40 Apr 25 Comment Janice, I like the rays of light and the highlights created on the water. There is a building at the edge of the water which I thought would put more interest into the image so in PS filter>Camera Raw, I lightened the building to make it slightly more prominent. Well, I did lighten it in my computer but that did not carry through to this posting. Apr 22nd
40 Apr 25 Comment Don, you certainly find interesting buildings. The black and white is creepy. I like the way you have done this with the radiator in the right foreground and the hallway extending into the background. A minor thought - would a darker image be more creepy? Apr 22nd
40 Apr 25 Reply Catherine, thanks for the suggestions and I agree the pink flower on the left should be deleted. Apr 22nd
40 Apr 25 Comment Julie, this magnificent. I like that you straightened the left side of the building and that you kept the trees and clouds on the right side. I would not suggest changing anything.

Don and Andrew have interesting comments. I would guess that you used a wide-angle lens and, contrary to Don and Andrew, I like the effect.

40 Apr 25 Comment Andrew, this is an interesting study with good lighting enhanced by your verbal description. I would be tempted to crop in more tightly by cropping the bottom and sides.

Julie and Don have some interesting thoughts.

40 Apr 25 Reply Andrew, good comments, and as I said to Julie, I knew this was not a perfect image. Your comments would make it much better. Apr 21st
40 Apr 25 Reply Julie, your comments are good. I knew this image had some defects, but I thought I would try it anyway. Spring is here so I will be getting outdoor shots hereafter. Apr 21st
