Catherine, keep experimenting with composite photos to expand your toolbox of techniques. I love how you are always trying new things.
As I look at the light right side, I am not sure if there are some dark clouds or if that is muted waterfall. You might like working with layer masks if you aren't already doing so.
Nice job! |

Ling ling, I think you captured a perfect image! I thought to crop off some of the bottom but that would lose the "peaceful dreamy feel" that you wanted to portray which is enhanced by the pink clouds. Nice job! |

Janice, I like the softness of the waterfall and I like the woman giving perspective along with her open umbrella which implies a wet mist.
I thought a different crop, including the top of the waterfall to show how tall it was. I did my crop but in doing so I lost the misty feeling of your crop. I think your crop is better. Great image!
Ah, now I see Ling Ling had the same idea.

Don, and Happy New Year to you. Great choice of wide angle lens and great post processing! I normally prefer color but this conversion to black and white is far and away the best way to convey this image of a time machine. |

Well Andrew, this is interesting. Lots of people and instruments to look at. Would it be possible to isolate the woman, frontal right and leave her as she is but make the rest of the image slightly darker and less distinct. The woman would become an immediate center of interest. Just a thought. |
